Closed on Thanksgiving Day!
Both Carrboro and Durham Elmo’s will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. We will be open normal hours the rest of the week.

Fight Hunger on November 8th!
On Tuesday, November 8th, Elmo’s Diner will be hosting fundraisers to help fill the local foodbanks.
Just like with the annual RSVVP program in Orange County, Elmo’s Diner-Durham will donate 10% of sales from Tuesday, November 8th to help FIGHT HUNGER. Durham Elmo’s will be donating 10% of their total sales from Tuesday, November 8th to the following organizations:
Urban Ministries of Durham’s Community Café and Food Pantry – www.umdurham.org
The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina – www.foodbankcenc.org
Carrboro Elmo’s will be donating 10% of their sales to the traditional RSVVP program which is still thriving in Orange County.
We hope you will join us at one of our stores to help fight hunger!
First Tuesday is November 1st!
Elmo’s Diner-Carrboro will be hosting a fundraiser for the Public School Foundation for Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools and Mary Scroggs Elementary on Tuesday, November 1st. Ten percent of sales from that day will go to support these organizations.
Elmo’s Diner-Durham will be donating 10% of sales on First Tuesday to Forest View Elementary.
