Over the years, many of you have inquired about the possibility of having real maple syrup for your pancakes. As most of you are aware, real maple syrup is extremely expensive and would greatly increase the cost of everyone’s pancakes. We have always encouraged the “real maple” folks to bring in their own. However, now you don’t need to remember to pack your real maple before leaving home. Now Durham Elmo’s is offering a 3.4 oz jug of real Vermont maple syrup for $4.00–what you don’t finish you take with you. Thus, if you forget to pack your own, you can still get those Strawberry pancakes!!!

We must apologize to those of you who are big fans of the Elmo’s Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine. We were originally running them for Easter weekend, but we have been having some toaster difficulty and due to the holidays we were not able to get them fixed and/or replaced as quickly as we needed. Thus, we had to switch to the Breakfast Burritos that are not as toaster intensive! Sorry for the inconvenience if you had already planned your Easter brunch!
